Since 2008, Funcapers™ Chicago Style Event Listings has provided a list of unique and culturally diverse Community Events in Chicagoland for people of all ages. We consider our list to be the most comprehensive list of Special Events in Chicago and the greater metropolitan area. Community events are happening in and around the Chicagoland area throughout the year. Funcapers.com is updated with event information as it is available to us. Funcapers.com events are listed 12 months out of the year, Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. You can also view our calender by month. Select listings will have a link which will provide you specifics on the event.

New Features:

We added a number of new features to Funcapers.com. We expanded our Free Concerts! as well as Search, Arts & Craft , Fairs & Festival , Posts and Categories. Each Category includes a comprehensive schedule of listings and provides a preview into each listing.

Easy to Use:

Funcapers.com is designed to be fast loading and easy to use. We improved our lettering fonts, and added "This Week" in the left column. Also, try using our Search feature which is located at the top center of the page. Search for any event such as "Fireworks Displays" or "Art Festivals in Chicago" or enter a search by zip code or town. We appreciate any comments or feedback, Please tell us what you think!

How to Post:

Posts is newly added to the funcapers.com platform and is free to registered users. Now you can generate your own event listings, post a job, or even list something For Sale. From your User Platform or Posts page you can Add Posts. Simply pick a zone, list a Title, Town and description. It's that easy. Additionally, you can reply to messages to your Posts, as well as communicate with others about their Posts.
