The Bud Billiken Parade is in celebration of Chicago's back-to-school time, and the end of the summer break. The focus of the parade is on the betterment of Chicago youth. The parade features celebrities, politicians, businessmen, civic organizations and youth, and concludes in Washington Park where the picnic will take place.
